Rochester Riverside team raises over £3,700 for Medway Sunlight in charity dragon boat race
Rochester Riverside, the £419m regeneration scheme in Medway, has fielded a team of 18 to take part in a dragon boat race organised by Medway’s Sunlight Rotary Club. The Rochester Riverside team took part to help raise funds for the Club’s chosen charities, raising more than £3,700 – the largest individual sum of the day.
School children from the Marlborough Centre get green fingers at Rochester Riverside
On May 23rd, ten school children enjoyed a gardening and planting workshop at Rochester Riverside, Countryside and Hyde’s 1,400-home regeneration scheme on the banks of the River Medway. The ten children were all from the Marlborough Centre, which operates within Hoo St Werburgh Primary School and provides specialist provision for pupils with autism.
